NCS Expert Error

Hello guys! I've bought an interface K+DCAN compatible INPA. I've installed all program exactly like tutorial received with interface, program from CD received with interface also. In INPA both dots Power and Ignition are working properly. I can make only diagnose in INPA on engine on dde. If for example i'm trying to read airbag module i'm getting error. In NCS Expert also getting error. I've tryed to acces EWS and it gives me error.
The file OBD.ini i think is fine, com port set to 1 like device manager, latency 1, hardware = obd / i've tryed to set the hardware on usb but i can't event diagnose then/
With d-can.exe tool i've setet to K CAN for a 3 series, 2003/03. I've tryed also with D CAN, same s**t.
The programs are installed on a virtual machine that operate windows xp on 32 bits.
The LED on the interface is working properly also.
What can i do?
Errors:
VIN is faulty
COAPI-2000: EDIABAS or SGBD error
IFH-0003: DATATRANSMISSION TO INTERFACE DISTURBED
I've read somewhere that pin 7 and 8 need to be soldered to could coding. Did this, same s**t.

This is on your E46?
Yes, the K+DCAN cable's pins 7&8 have to be bridged together for e46 (dual K line).

Do you have any control over the K+DCAN's latency on main computer and virtual machine? Best results are at 1ms or 2ms.

I don't know what you mean by control. If you are asking if i set the latency to 1, the yes i setted it.

I meant that the WinXP drivers didn't always have the option to change latency on the cable. So it depends on drivers and the windows.

When I used virtual machines, I would sometimes run into this when I forgot to port the cable through to the virtual machine, or forgot to turn on the key. I no longer use virtual machines for this reason. I have native installation files if you want them. I only run native at this point.

hello my Inpa works fine but when i try to use the ncs expert when i get to final step i get an error saying "vin Faulty" please someone tell me what i can do, i have downloaded the latest inpa version and i have windows 8.1. please someone help, please email me, raggg12@gmail.com

hi i recently bought the K+DCAN Cable and it came with an inpa and ediabas ncsexpert installer. once installed the inpa doesnt seem to be working properly and ncs expert throws up the same VIN faulty error. Also, if I try coding; the FG and GM dont come up and i get a bunch of german wiriting showing an error. can anyone help me?
