2007 e92 Navigation DVD

My Navigation recently went out after I took my car to the dealership for and oil change and alignment. It asks for me to insert Navigation DVD when I've never ejected it and it makes no sense for them to have taken it out for either procedure. It won't Eject and or take a disc.

Hi,

No real idea on this one! have a look in the E9x sections of this and other BMW forums to see if others have reported similar. Hopefully, some sort of -re-set' will see it working again. Worst case scenario is that the GPS module or disk drive unit is faulty and needs to be replaced.
