Hey folks - glad to join BimmerForums...and hoping I get more conclusive help with my lease as opposed to BimmerFest (barely any action or attention).
Dealer offers:
2016 528i Jet Black w/Nappa Black Leather - M-Sport, Premium, Drivers Asst, harmonKardon, Ceramic controls
MSRP: 61120
Selling Price: 48035.69 (21% off)
Residual 57%
MF: .00125
Down payment: $1175
Monthly (including tax): $538
Duration/Mileage; 36 months/12K
Add'l incentives: paying off 5 remaining payments, waiving disposition and all damage ($400-500 scrap to rear bumper). I'm very close to my mileage allowance with still 5 months to go; 40 miles/day avg can add to quite a lot in overage
When I plug in these numbers including $89 doc fee and $649 admin fee, I get $497/month on leasehackr. What am I missing here? Do you think the dealer's offer is a good deal?

Welcome to the forum! I would say that's a pretty solid payment. Are you planning to buy the car after the lease is up? If so, you may want to tell them early and get an extra great deal on an extended warranty (if you were planning to get one). I say go with it. Post some photos too!

Thanks for your input...I don't plan on buying it during or after lease.
Just curious as to why my payment differs on Leasematic/Leasehackr versus dealer. Going tomorrow to sort it out...I suspect he's rolling in 2 of the 5 payments into my new lease and if that's the case, I'll pass...
God this forum is just as dead in help or assistance as others...
The car had an additional $900 worth of stuff (tint, ProTEK & Nitro) so after negotiating, dropped OOP to $1100, same selling price so they ate the $900 essentially and dropped payment to $520...
call her BLVCKHVWK :-)
I don’t like the idea of leasing and I think it’s better to save up and buy a car later when you have the necessary capital. For example, I had acquaintances who decided to take money on credit and buy a car. As a result, they received money, but at a very high percentage and they paid this loan for more than 7 years. I also had a positive experience related to credit. A couple of years ago I took out a loan of more than $ 9,000 and successfully paid this money. A lot also depends on the bank, so before you get a loan, read the reviews about the bank at https://foxycredit.com/fi/blue-finance-laina.
Nitro? I was always told in all the years of buying vehicles, aftermarket parts make no difference on the sale price. And in some cases devalue the vehicle, so the dealer is just using that as a incentive for you to buy the car. And of course if the car is heavily modded yes, that may cause a difference on sale price, but from what your are telling us is it is slightly modded. Also, im with gabrispeed on the leasing, your basically putting money into something you will never own. Good luck with it.
