    1994 BMW 840ci

    Smog Check

    I live in L.A. and I need a spot to take my car so it will pass the smog check. Anyone know of any spots?

    I would try to find a place that can issue the reg and tags if you aren't planning to do the registration online or via the mail. Waiting at the DMV sucks.

    Good spot is RockAuto to purchase walker carb cats Then you will pass smog at any spot...

    If you are way off on a smog test, you probably have an issue that needs to be tended to.

    Is your car failing? I've never had a problem smogging mine, even when it bad oil cyclone separator. It still passed with flying colors to my amazement.
