Have you ever played video games in your own car?
Whether on handheld or portable devices? Or made music using a multitrack recorder. Like those small Tascam products?
Or if you have a mini screen in the dashboard or behind the seat monitors.
I personally have never had the pleasure to do so.
Watch movies on those in-dash mini monitor but never played a video game.
Curios to know how common it is.

Back in the day when those single-din flip out TV/GPS monitors were all the rage and the first Xbox was new.
ONE TIME, in my friends whatever car it was, he had a passenger side screen and console (I think one of the mini PlayStations). I was playing Need for speed or something like that, while riding shotgun in a moving car. Very odd experience to be turning left in the game but right in real life
I feel like back 10 or 15 years ago when people were still into the big Dual DIN LCD screen head units this was more popular. Video games were also more popular too. Still, no reason you couldn't easily hook up a console on any modern car with a screen. Im sure they have HDMI now. Just get a power inverter and youre set.
I gotta admit, it is pretty cool. Definitely something you should try at one point in your life
