2008 x5 3.0 tire&wheels help

I'm new to this site , hello all!
I'm looking to upgrade 18"factory tires and wheels(08 X5 3.0) to some 22" non staggered setup . Anyone on here accomplish that task before? Looking for advice and pics if ya have . I want to be able to rotate the tires. I really like the 22" black Giovanna kilis style wheels. Thoughts anyone?

Check out this guide on wheel fitment and spacing; it'll give you all the info you need on what will work on your X5 - I know that I've seen 22s on an X5, but I'm not sure what work went into it.
