+1. How's the interior?
What trans did you use? Custom driveshaft and pedalbox, I assume?
Between a low Cd, long wheelbase, moderate weight, parts interchangeability, and general comfort, I've long had a fantasy of building a 1st- or 2nd-gen LS300 with a jacked-up 2JZ and a manual, for the ultimate wangan limo.
I've been restoring this 3.0CS for about 8 months. It came painted and with a later motronic engine and that was about it. I've done loads of wiring, modifications to make it work with the motronic engine, rust repair in the floors, etc, etc. Almost ready to run the engine. Still need to build the custom SS exhaust system, and install all the windows and interior.
Project keep miles off of it!

Those all definitely look more unique than my project. My project is my 2001 Ford Excursion. It's a 2WD. I'm converting it to 4WD. The thing that will make this different is Excursions were only made with a leaf spring front suspension. But later model Ford superduty trucks came with coil spring 4WD front suspensions. So I found a set of axles from the newer type suspension and will begin retrofitting them in soon. Have to have it done before May when camping season starts.

I have been building up a 2002 with a few goodies on it like dual dcoe45's, s14 crank, low 10:1 comp etc etc. it's about to get some RHD headers , dogleg box and 3.45:1 lsd. It seems like all my bmws are project cars all of them about 80% complete.

I was looking at a British Racing Green TR6 in Michigan. Car was restored about 10 years ago. Had a blown clutch but that didn't bother me. (he was asking $13,000) I was driving to the location to look at it when the guy texted me he sold it. I was so bummed.
I bought my BMW then.
Look! Before our very eyes, the future is becoming the past.
My fav customer at work. He does a lot of work on his own but simply lacks a lift, tire machines, etc so he often comes for his projects.
His 900+hp evo.
vid of him runing
And his new project
First step was to install those wheels and tires plus balancing the carbon rotors.
