Please help me!!!!!! Emergency

Hello,
So I got a used 93 BMW 328is with a swapped engine. The guys said its got a s50 engine, but I dont see a Vanos anywhere (might be m50 not sure). Anyway, he said that all i need is replace oil line and im good (car doesnt run). But, there is no vanos and I cant find the oil line. I need help please. Where can i find the oil line?

It's underneath vanos solenoid - 3" long cylinder, to the left of oil filter housing. Though from your description it sound like you have an early m50 without vanos? It should be posted in e36 section btw.
