My Black 540i Wagon On The Block.... so to speak

I have decided to consolidate a little bit - well, at least till the next thing catches my eye. Unfortunately, I will be getting rid of my Black 2003 Wagon so I can focus on the Imola Red Swap Project.

I apologize to moderators ahead of time for posting this here, however, this is the one Sub-Forum I think would be best suited to mention it.

The car is a Black 2003 540i Wagon, it almost NEVER gets driven and I am on my third battery because it sits so long the battery runs flat. I have two daily drivers and so this car literally sits, and sits, and sits in the garage. It currently has about 130K miles on it, I got it with 116K miles. It runs great, starts right up, transmission is smooth and actually has DINAN Trans Tuning. There is ZERO VANOS clunk on the engine and no chain / guide issues. Car passed CA Smog. Every thing works.

I am the second owner of the car. First owner ordered it directly from BMW AG.

All The Good and all the "not so good":

It's a 2003.
Has MK4 Nav
Heated Seats
Black Interior with Sports Front seats
M5 Oval Mirror
New-ish OE Head Lights
Sits on Plasti Dipped Style 65 OEM M5 Wheels (From the Imola M5)
Has a Carbon Black Front M5 bumper that needs paint and a little repair to match


CONS:

Sold the Carbon Fiber hood, currently has an Avus Blue Hood on it
Needs VCGs and Upper Timing Cover gaskets
Probably due for an oil change (I'll get Liqui-Moly 5W40 Synthetic for it)
Needs Brakes, I'll provide a complete M5 Brake Kit for it

Aesthetically, it's got a few dings on it - most particularly on the rear passenger door. The rear bumper has parking lot scrapes on it and is the stock 540iT bumper.

I'd like to get $6.5K for it and I'm hoping it might go to a fellow enthusiast - maybe one of us? For $7.5K, I'd be happy to provide a complete DINAN 5 Kit which will be C/F CAI, TB, MAF, M60 Intake (DINAN), and it's Brand New DINAN badge. The car already has a DINAN 5 Tune on it as the plan was to make it a DINAN 5 down the road.

Anyway.... just thought I would post it here before I did anything else in case anyone was in the market for it. If not, I'll figure out what to do with it. I hate to see it go, but it is really just wasting away with me.
