I've been to the Dreyer and Reinbold BMW dealership in Indianapolis, IN for some work, and have to say the place is totally top notch! There were about 4 new M3's and 5 new M5s in the lot/showroom, so when I pulled up w/ my 90's 3 series, I felt a little out of place (also since I'm just 22), but I quickly forgot that attitude because the staff was super nice and there was even a board in the service department that had my name and appointment time written in CALIGRAPHY, damn, it's nice to own a Bimmer! I felt pretty cool about that, and also they were running a little behind, and so my car was done like 10 minutes later than it was suppose to be, and the service rep. I was working w/ appollogized a bunch of times and was again super nice about it, it didn't even bother me that it was running late, but I felt even better aftert that. All in all a really good experience, and a really good BMW dealership!!
