Beyond driven auto

Has anyone on here used beyond driven auto? I'm having a horrible customer service experience. I received my lights but one was damaged. I contacted them and they said they would make it right and new ones would be shipped, but they needed order number and description. Since then i have heard no response. I have since then asked multiple questions asking if they had shipped, if they corrected my shipping address, asking for tracking number etc etc...That was a week ago...still nothing.

Hate to do this to ya bud but they might be a fake company. How can you sell auto parts and not even have a phone number on your site lol - I would say you get your credit card company involved and get that refund asap. Similar thing happened to me when I tried to join a music school. I was just about to make a purchase but then decided no phone, no purchase.

Funny thing is....a LOT of BMW guys recommended them to me....but I ended up filing suit with pay pal and got my refund
