    [SOLVED]'vert rear side window "sluggish"

I've asked in lot of forums but this is a "strange" behaviour for rear side mirror: the common fault for that component is related to regulator that cracks and stops the window.
In that case, it seems "stopped" by something rubberish: spraying some WD or spray lubrificant it get well, when it dries goes to initial point. Seems that there are some parts that makes a lot of friction with the glass causing it to operate sluggish. If you see at the end of the going down operation, when the "braking" behaviour ends the mirror goes down veru fast (you can hear a "thunk!!" in the clip above).
    Same behaviour going up.

    Some suggestion?

Try a silicone lube. If that doesn’t do the trick you’ll have to pull the interior trim panel and the vapor barrier to see what’s going on. Make sure you replace the vapor barrier properly or else you’ll get water intrusion.

    SOLVED!

the issue is the rubber seal that has a "furry" surface: it went away and the rubber was in firm contact with the window black part that is "ticker" than the glass itself.
I removed the seal: motor smooth and fast. So I solved bending a little the metal part that holds the seal on the interior and removing a part of the seal -hidden in the window's hole, so not visible from the exterior- to make room larger.

    VOILA!!! now window is perfect!
