    Extreme coolant pressure

2005 e64 coolant hose to radiator blew off like a volcano!! Had just replaced the water pump due to suspected failure (typical high pitched squealing). At the same time did the thermostat, idler pulley, belt, radiator cap and of course coolant. Bled the system with vacuum system specially for our German cars . However I was not getting heat in the cabin. I assumed the system just hadn't built enough pressure yet. I plugged in the computer- the engine temp showed 230f radiator temp and 130f at radiator outlet. These temps after about 15-20 min of run time at about 55f ambient temp. Don't really know where to start at this point. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time in advance.

The place to start is where you just left off. Either the water pump or thermostat is bad or installed improperly or your coolant hose clamps need replaced. Go back over entire system and recheck everything, either defective parts or something wasn't done correctly.
