What a good safe HP for a fully built m52 for high boost

Hi I am new to this site and in matter of fact I have just signed up. I do have allot of Honda building history and knowledge but for BMW not so much and I have just entered the BMW scene and pretty much have up all about Honda's crap lol.

Long story short I am trying to build this m52b28 for my DD and track on my 1997 e36 328i. I have all my shops ready but before I start ordering I hope you guys have ideas and suggestions for me.

How ever the most important im that I need to know is are my parts list below good for my large goal of 700+ whp on pump 94. Where I am there is no e85 and my budget is is currently 30k to 40k Cdn or should I say 25k to 35k tops usd.if this price range is possible or not please let me know and please let me know what needs to change or add thanks time a millions guys.

    My parts list here:
    Supertech +1mm valves

Supertech valve springs and retainers kit
    http://m.ebay.ca/itm?itemId=322340552495
    Kings race connecting rod bearings
    http://m.ebay.ca/itm?itemId=272013438334
    Cometic 85mm .140mm head gasket
    http://m.ebay.ca/itm?itemId=371826288365
    ARP head studs
    http://m.ebay.ca/itm?itemId=331870442556
    Carrillo pro H beam rods
    http://m.ebay.ca/itm?itemId=130785055102

Custom turbo kit with precision 6466 journal bearing turbo.

Pretty much hope to get info for whats needed for 700+ whp on pump 94 and if these parts will hold. I'm sure I'm missing parts that needs beefing but I left them out to see what's recommended and needed.

PS: I am talking internals only. For Labor, clutches turbo kit except turbo alone etc please leave those out of the sugestions

I think that you would get a lot better answers in the FI forum.

Most people around here prefer a cut ring gasket to the MLS. The cutring with the spacer is about $600, cutring along is like $300. Why not take the extra $300 and apply it to compression lowering forged pistons? Just a suggestion. Ask around in the FI forum, but I think the parts look good provided you have a good tune and avoid detonation. Adding a meth kit would go a long way towards that.

I don't think you'll have any issue staying under that budget depending on how to plan to handle that power through the rest of the drive train and suspension.

Thanks for the suggestion on the head gasket. Is there a way to move this thread or do I have to recreate one?

700 rwhp seems like a lot of power for a pump gas, stock internals, stock cams 2.8L.

Ditch the carillo rods, that's 3X the price of Eagle. Also, precision doesn't make a 6466 JB turbo
