I really hope it's just the E46 with a ford V8 under the hood. I'd hate for him to swap chassis. I know we have plenty of BMWs in FD now but chelsea has a different aura than them.

Isn't he the only one using SLR while the rest have wisefab?

Do agree though, he has a ton more style. I'd be really bummed if he wasn't in a BMW, but go ahead and use whatever engine needed for more podiums wins.

Yea I think so. I'm not too concerned with that quite honestly lol. I'd love to be able to shove wisefab on my car and do a write up about the "feel" differences between the setups.

I know from a close source to Chelsea that he will be driving Gittins second mustang this year. I know us bimmer guys are bummed but on the bright side he will finally be in a reliable program and car so all he has to worry about is driving. Hopefully he is getting seat time in the new chassis as we speak. Should be interesting. FD is going to have alot more Bimmers this year anyway.

It's not just about bimmers. Chelsea is the budget king. And that's accessible to the rest of us. I was hoping he'd have a ford engine in the E46. I bet this is one of those things where it's a deal just for this year and he'll be back next year.
