Can someone tell me what this sounds like to them?
This all started when i went really fast on the highway with about 1/4 tank of gas. Since then I have replaced CCV and valve cover gasket.

Anyone??
swapped coils and spark plugs.
Which sound are you talking about, for I hear 2 different one: Engine noise and maybe an exhaust leak. Put a glove on and see if you can cover the tailpipe to see if the pressure builds. If it doesn't then you have an exhaust leak.

The possible exhaust leak sound is what I'm referring to. How would I tell if pressure is building?

I just tried this and I did not feel any pressure buildup on my hands and no change in rpms.
Also I have a CEL code p1349 which is misfire w/ fuel cut off. Would an exhaust leak cause a misfire?
The i6 engine sounds like it's running similar to a v8, not the normal speed and sound of a fully functioning inline 6.

Since you have confirmed that you do have an exhaust leak, you can put it up on jackstands and look from there. Normally you can find them by the black soot on the otherwise rusty pipes.
As for the misfire code:
Faulty Spark Plug
Faulty Ignition Coil
Intake vacuum leak
Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor
Ignition Coil harness is open or shorted Ignition Coil circuit poor electrical connection

Thanks for the info. I am assuming the misfire is due to loss of back-pressure or caused by a false O2 reading, something like that. Will inspect the pipes next and report back with update.
