Need some DIY advice/part #s

Hey guys,

I am currently enjoying my 2001 BMW 525iT 5 speed w/190K miles.

It has some minor issues but the biggest projects I need to fix are the following:

1. Clutch - No slippage on higher gears but get shudder or stall when getting out of first or reversing. Should I go OEM or aftermarket? I am on a budget.
2. Angel eyes - want to upgrade but want to keep the color temps and brightness as OEM as possible (no excessive blue). Any suggestions?
3. Shifter bushings - will consider ECS tuning examples https://www.ecstuning.com/b-assemble...5111221852kt2/. Any suggestions for other options?
4. Rear driver side power window has malfunctioned. Mechanic advised window regulator with motor replacement. Are sedan and wagons parts interchangeable?
5. Rear driver side rear door entry trim #51478178123...correct part number for a wagon? And any tutorials to get it replaced?

If the sedan and wagon regulator and motor parts are interchangeable, I am parting out a 2000 BMW 540i sedan. I could pull those parts for you if you need them
