Low mileage 2014 428i vs high mileage 2015 435i

Help!! I have a chance to buy a 2014 428i with 8800 miles, but it is not certified pre, so I would have to buy a maintenance package
I also have a chance to buy a 2015 435i with 39000 miles, certified preowned, with an extended package to 70000 miles from the dealer.

What you guys and ladies recommend.

Those cars are two different animals. It depends on if you want the extra power of the 435

I'd take the 435, probably will have better resale value if the E9x is anything to go off.

After going from an E46 325Cic to an E92 335, I'd go for the 435 with the extended warrenty.

I have a 2014 435i with 14,000 miles with M Performance Sport Package and all M Options, rear diffuser carbon fiber etc.
it is a white coupe with 19" low profile run flat tires.
