Rims and tire sizing help for my ride

I'm completely new to all of this so don't even know if I'm posting this in the right place but anyways;

Ride: 2001 330i sport package, lowered an inch or so further.

Want to get these:
18x9 et 35 Rear
18x8 et 35 Front
Csl style

But would these fit without having to do any mods to fenders or Suspension?

And if the rims fit, would these sizes of tires work?

255/35/18 rear
225/40/18 Front

If not what?

The rear 18X9 with the 35mm offset is going to be aggressive. The tire sizes you list are correct for the car. With the car lowered you could have some rubbing issues on the rear. Negative camber and or maybe a fender lip roll would solve the issues.
