    Question Halogen to replace HID

    Hello All,

I'm new to this site - be gentle please. I have a 2008 328Xi and the low beam is out. BMW told me it would be around $500 to replace bulb - HID I believe. Autozone looked up the make and model of my car and sold me halogen bulbs. Will Halogen work in place of HID?

No it won't work. You'll need a D1S bulb. Amazon is your friend.
