Your current situation is not your final destination
Has anyone ever considered or looked into running 4.6is or 4.8is X5 rear muffler cans on our e38s? I have always loved the way 4.6is X5s sound stock. Just a slight rumble on start up and when getting on the throttle aggressively but otherwise pretty much silent.

Darth.... I'm liking this! Keep it up bud! besides the Stealth look which, I like... this new diffuser you have right now is working if, I was to do an exhaust with tips showing. Can I make another suggestion? Just another idea cover the Diffuser with a Carbon Fiber film/paper just give it a nicer touch but that all depends on your preference. But waiting on some better pics when you all settle and done your exhaust.
No BITCHASSEDNESS!!
And I bid on the e63 M6 Dinan mufflers - I was out bid with 15 sec to go. The bidding jumped over 200.00 and I lost the bidding. Sold for 661.00 - these were a little less - 300.00 delivered.
Bad day - got virtually nothing done today. Honey Doooooos!!!

Why do you use that year for defuser and not the 2-3 year newer one, with the fins? I'm trying to be vague every time I see it (newer one) I think of how I can reschedule my time for that mod. Love it regardless, thanks for your constant updates

My tower brace arrived
I might paint it red, but I kinda like the white, as it makes a bit more contrast in the engine bay.

and sadly no old BMW anymore, only high powered Seat Leon Cupra 4Drive as a daily driver.
nice what brand brace??
Ahhh.. the feeling of tower brace is wonderful.
Before it angled quite a lot on sharp corners, now nothing.. went on round a bound, before maybe 50kmh, now went 70 without problems.
Maybe it is in my mind, but to me difference is night and day.

Found out my rad is leaking. Getting it replaced on Friday. Could do the DIY but I'm kinda getting tired of working on the car the past few months.
Cleaned lots of carbon out of secondary air pump valve...let's see what happens.
