Installed my freshly painted bumper . And put in my pillars I re upholstered... the last part of my early leather dash swap

Replaced Aux Fan. Now the A/C works when I'm at a stop instead of just when I'm moving. Old fan motor was binding and would fail to turn if it stopped at a certain clock position, replacement fan from a JY car, for $30.

Looking good, but you need to pull that rear roundel. Taping around it will just give a paint line into the depression.

Man I want to remove my bumpers and rocker covers to see what kind of rust I have under there. Those plastic rocker covers were and ill-advised feature by BMW IMO.

Still without her, and driving the G instead. I'm extremely pissy at the place who extended the driveshaft with cheap metal that broke, and didn't take quick steps to fix it asap. This is going on two months.

A little off topic - watching the news and they just showed NYC Auto Show a new Dodge production - they claim fastest production car made. It has over 700 hp, does 0-60 in 2.3 sec, 1/4 mile in 9.7 sec.... that should make a great grocery getter !!!

That was with a Challenger/Charger 2 door coupe and that is Tesla territory. JL recently got the latest battery upgrade to his WIFE's car - now 2.4 0 to 60 times that is a 4 door sedan also running in "Insane" mode!!!

On a Sidenote - he called me this last weekend about getting a tune on his car. They (Nino) changed out his injectors for 24lb units as it was running lean on the high end. I steered him to Dima to get a tune for his e38 with the VF SC. I really think he is just getting jealous of his wife's Tesla and the new speed. Remember he is allowed any car as long as her car is faster!!!

I agree, have not ridden in it since the battery upgrade but even before when listed at 2.8 or 9 it was very impressive. The one thing I noticed also was the corning - with all the battery weight down low, so is the center of gravity, it is like a water bug. It corners better than his Mini that's for sure.
