I have a 2000 with black lower panels and the one from Latvia matches up perfectly until i repaint my whole car and will do the 01 lower panels next summer...

A ridiculuous and unjustified sum. The 540 really is not that special - if you want special, get the S62 version - and a car with that few miles is going to be a box of delights (...) to get to run properly. Yes, if it was kept in a climate controlled unit, the paint will be fine and so will most of the interior, but any rubber, especially the seals, and anything that moves (including electrical contacts, switches..) is going to be interesting to say the least.
But, BaT has its own brand of magic.

They really do look like OE. But how is the fitment? Mine were spot on.
My first E38 was Arctic Silver, then Steel Blue, then Oxford Green, then Jet Black, last was a Orient Blue. This will be my very first Alpine White BMW. I was debating between Alpine on Imola E46 M3, but I ended up with my long time dream Laguna Seca Blue. Now I have an Alpine White and a Laguna Seca Blue BMW
