Have you estimated a coast of replacing a head gasket? What it going to run you with everything you need ? In case you doing all the labor

Should run about $600 plus my labor. I have all new seals going in except the intake ones which I will reuse and then a new reinz germany head bolt kit.

Usually a dot on the cluster at the left side of the trip meter section of the cluster....next to the mileage...

God damn, 46k miles is insanely low. And given that mileage, $8500 is definitely worth it, especially since it's a facelift 750. I had a good chuckle at that headliner, though.

You know, I didn't see that until I looked at the pics on the pc (vs tablet). Not relishing the prospect of the labor of switching them all to single pane but so far all my 750 prospects have laminated glass, so it will be an eventuality probably on any car.

As far as headliner, I have a local place that redid the headliner and all six pillars for $220 (I removed and brought it to them). Another sihtty job though. I'm one of the few that likes sand beige I guess, perhaps that will work in my favor.

But a 46K facelift V12... why does it have to be 2,000 miles away... I have a semi-local 98 I will look at first; if this is still around in a couple weeks I might have to think harder about it. But would be some 40hr ordeal to get it home; 4+ hr flight, couple hrs between getting from airport to dealer, buying, and leaving, then ~33hrs drive, oh no I'm already thinking it through...

My lemforder rear shock mounts came today that i ordered from fcp. They were like $3 more than the sachs/boge ones and when i took them out of the lemforder boxes they say boge on them and have the bmw emblem grinded off...
