That is a gorgeous interior Cafenetland.

Got a pic request: 17” Style 5 wheels on a E38.

I haven’t seen any 18” Style 5s for a reasonable price lately so I think I will settle for the 17” for now. Plus the more rubber on the 17” wheels might suit me more for my 100 miles daily commute. (235/50 vs 235/55)

I bought my second 7 series this summer. I flew out to Cali and drove it back. It's a Titansilber 2001 750iL with the 5.4L V12. I absolutely love the car. I've put about 10,500 miles on it since I bought it 5 months ago. I had a 1990 750i while stationed in Germany, and this one is better. I don't plan to do a lot of mods, just the new Avin Avant head unit for Apple Carplay and fix a few minor things, like the loose d pillar cover and missing right passenger corner shade. And maintenance. The instant torque is the first thing I noticed. It's just instant, and intoxicating.

It's a beauty! How many miles were on it at purchase and how much did you pay for it if you don't mind telling? I'm looking for one now and feeling out what price they should be.

Thank you. It had 122k miles on it, and had been meticulously maintained. This was the cleanest one I could find after a year of searching and I paid $11k for it.
