WTB: M Contours for E36

As the posting says, well most of it. Looking for a clean set of M-Contours or possibly DS2s. The wheels
really need to be clean. I can understand the accidental lip scuff, and that might work. PM pics if you
have something that might work. THANKS.

There is a set of contours on Craigslist but he wants $600 for the set, which is what descent 18" are going for.

Where on CL did you see that? (Been looking out quite far.... not spotting much "local". See some DS1's down

....and called. You would think people selling things, especially at their shop, could be available during
the morning hours. (This is not Ubobtainium here folks).

PEOPLE PLEASE. I do appreciate the PMs and such but, CLEAN means possibly that outer edge scuff that
was an oops moment. On one two wheels at the most. Not every wheel looking like it was in a scuff and
scratch contest. Some of the abuse I've been seeing is unbelievable and referred to as "in great shape"

Do you have to have DS2 or Contours? If these are for a street car, E90 18" wheels square and staggered fit perfectly offset wise. I got got a set of square refurbished 18" off of eBay so I could rotate F-R and get more than 15k out of a set of Michelins.

Was attempting to find something E36 "correct"... if that makes sense. So DS1, 2, or Contour from M3 is what I had my
eye on. Would be putting new rubber on as-well for HPDE.... Something like a Michelin SuperSport...etc. Basically its a
daily driver to also use for the DEs when they come up for my son.

A 99' M3 is/was going to be at Strictly German with DS2s today (should arrive I was told) and will call in the morning to
check those out, then the Contours I think are across the way in Winder. I've spotted some of both in VA and FL but, that
is just too far. For that I'd take the DS2s in Canton and glass-bead them and shoot to look brand new. (they were not all
that great either but, BMW Motorsport does look great on those)

Continues... Wheels in Canton, wheels may have been ok but, could not tell as they were loaded with brake dust. My guess
is (after meeting the seller), he was going to want $600. Rude person of sorts and short on the phone. Also hit SGerman, he had a 99 M3
that just rolled-in (literally over and over), but the DS2s were poor on that. (I'm being picky sure, looking for at least a
8/10 set). Did score a clean steering wheel (4-spoke) there.

I have a set of ds1's. Two of the wheels do not have any scuffs of any kind. one of the wheels has 2 spots of slight curb rash but it really isn't that bad. of Onethem have has a spot where they have a bit of rash but some idiot PO filled the letters in with black marker. I think it'll come off easily i just haven't tried. So two of them are perfect, one has a little wear and one has a little wear and marker on it. No cracks, No bends. Tires are not really road worthy, i only left them on to protect the wheels. You can store the car on the tires, they hold air but i wouldn't trust them on the road. You're really only buying the wheels.

Sorry for the wall of text, trying to put it all out so nobody's time gets wasted.
