cylinders 5 & 6 not working after installing a new eccentric shaft sensor

Hello any help will be greatly appreciated. so i installed a new eccentric shaft sensor on my 2007 bmw 328xi after putting it back together the car started up fine but engine was misfiring and it somehow blew a fuse by the battery that wasn't sending power to the eccentric motor and was stuck on limp mode we got power back to the motor and the car and the engine sounded normal for like 2 min now cyl 5 & cyl 6 are not working there is power to the coils but those to cyl are not working. we swapped coils and spark plugs and still nothing and i don't know what to try next any help will be greatly appreciated

You've definitely done something wrong. Are the wiring harness grounds properly secured? What about the ground on the strut tower?
