    Panjo failed again! Terrible "upgrade"

Posted a few For Sale post last night, still not posted to the forum.

The worst upgrade and frankly its putting my part sales down, real down. It shows in how fast the sub forums are moving.

    Not happy,

Have you contacted Panjo support? They have a support team for this...
Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by hundreds of engineers that get paid thousands of dollars for something you bought at Pep Boys because your buddy who doesn't have a job told you it was 'better'?!?

I'm not sure I understand... given that Panjo has a team of support people ready to help. It greatly outweighs the few people we have here to keep up with everyone's support requests. Their call center is always available to answer questions versus your questions queueing up in our inbox where it would increase our turnaround time of all forum activities to days where as now we have reduced that turn around time because we no longer have to handle classified issues and disputes.

Tried to post another 2 FS items, still not showing up...Panjo has been no help at all.

Why cant we go back to using an option to using panjo? I don't get it. Does this forum have a contract with them? Its not helping anyone at all. Its making it a terrible buying/selling environment. I dont know what happened but I see more and more threads about Panjo is not working for us.

Mods shouldn't have to handle classified disputes. Buyers pay though paypal like everyone does anyway and have them hash it out if there are any issues. Ive got 15 years on this forum, a senior member who is voicing their opinion for me and for others. I dont see anyone who likes Panjo, just look at the forum suggestions in this sub-forum.
