Window seals and chrome trim

Hi there Guys
Been a while, just wondering if anyone knows where in the world I can get the window trims (the little black bit almost like a wiper to keep water and crap out of the door). I just cannot find them, and the trim that holds them because it got hail damaged. Cheers

The wipe is NLA but the chrome piece is listed as available. These pieces are not something a dealer would stock so I doubt there are any dealers with these sitting on the shelf, but you could ask your dealer to check worldwide availability. I found an NLA part at a dealer across the country that way and made arrangements with that dealer to buy the parts. They were ordered and never picked up.

The wipe is something that we all ought to order from BMW so they think about reproducing the part. They won't unless there are enough requests for the part.

I've spent a bit of time researching this in the past also. If you can send a picture (or similar) of the cross-section, I'll see if I can find a extrusion that will work.

Search for the threads I did a few years back. Back then it was just the front right outer lower that was NLA, and I figured out a way to jury rig one of the other ones to work as a make do solution. Nothing has changed since then except apparently the other trims are slowly going NLA. I have a complete set of all rubber and chrome trims but it has been maybe 5 years now and still can not find a new front lower rubber right one. I have extras of some of the others but I wasn't planning on going through all my e23 parts any time soon.

Pretty sure he figured out that E21 side 'wipers' can be used with minimal modification, they are the same profile, and are still available.
