You're right, thanks I save 2 seconds a lap with stiffer HR anti roll bar vs OEM one. Where can we find bigger anti roll bar like yours ? What is the weight of your car and which springs do you use ?

My spring rate in the rear won't be compatible since I'm running a true coil over configuration in the rear rather than inboard springs but for reference I have 881 Nm front and 474 Nm rear

In order to solve two problems, the Z3M's weak point , this OEM type e30 fitting up to 200 HP and the associated torque, the specific alloy covertends to crack, so I bought a kit in the USA from Garagistic. Com for e30 (which is not suitable for z3m but I knew it)
The installation of this kit is impossible by the presence of the silencer and the large anti-Roll Bar which does not facilitate the passage either.
The solution is Machining The Carter to position the backup ideally compared to the cross and the constraints mentioned above.
The arrows show where to work with the milling machine.
The room is replacing the part from the kit.
It will then be necessary to weld the fasteners and modify them to measure.

Small front brake inspection, mounted since early 2016, the set has not moved, , no cracks (cracking) pads can still make a lot of trackdays !.
I mount fasteners for ventilation ducts, steel material a bit heavy that I have lightened 200 grams ,
I just understood the excessive roll , I lost a screws from the front roll bar !

Looking good. May want to try a bit more rear spring. Be careful first time out. Could get tail happy, but will improve the tire lift.

Great pictures and videos! The whole project/thread is cool. It is nice to see the progress, as well as other posts/threads. There are a lot of very passionate enthusiasts out there. Granted, you seem to be in the field and have some nice contacts, as well as do some/most of your own fabrication and work. I would be curious to know how much time and money did it cost to bring this alwsome orange beast to this level...

I bought the car 11000 euros (july 2014), and spent 10 000 euros/11000 euros. That's not much but a lot of job helped by my "nice contacts" (my network)
Next step, friday, I will try to meet french rules and have my car FFSA(French sport automotive association regulated by FIA) approved for races (GT Classic and salooncars)
