Reviving a thread from the past!

I have recently completed a massive "reno" on my 03' 325xi inclusive of replacing the entire cooling system, AOS, DISA, VANOS rebuild, etc. As part of this I cleaned the injectors via home-service and replaced all seals on them prior to re-install back in the car. Yesterday I fired up the car and noticed that Cyl #1-3 appear to have leaking injectors (which I do NOT believe was the case prior to me tearing the car apart. FURTHERMORE, it appears as they are leaking (almost "fizzing" or "bubbling" with fuel) from that pin hole that the original poster identifies in the picture above.

Did anyone ever figure this one out from 2016?

Really looking for help as it's preventing me from driving my car! It's very strange how it's happening on Cy #1-3. 4,5,6 are perfectly fine.

Thank you for any and all help!

    Paul

if they are leaking from the weep hole you need to replace or rebuild them. Ive had a few like that. Upper O ring is the most common leak point though.

I had one person come to me pulling his hair out because he had replaced the o ring like 5 times and it was still leaking. was the weep hole and not the o-ring the whole time.
