A friend of mine has a very similar setup to yours but with an obx top mount. He's still on a 10lb wg spring. Might have some local competition for ya come spring time

Well I have a eboost street boost controller. I just haven't turned it on. Lol it's only a click away and I can throw more boost at it.

Put it right to 20# and hold on. Your very daring racing people at 7#. Not me, I don't care what it is, highest setting and murder them. Then again, I don't ever get any races anymore,

I've killed a few cars that both me and butters are scratching our heads on. I'm not sure what exactly I make for power but it feels really quick for just being wastegate pressure. I'm very curious to get it on a dyno after we throw the meth kit in.

I'm still not fully used to it at wastegate pressure. I'd probably shit on myself.

A 3-4 gear pull. This is about the closest I can get to how it sounds in person. Except for about 100 times louder.

The response is really great. But, I would stay away from the dyno.
    Hypothetical here.

Let's say your loving the car, spanking everything that you run into. Totally happy with the power, and king of the neighborhood. Then you go to the dyno, and even tho the car scares you to begin with, the operator does a pull and you see 425whp. Which in a 3000 # car is extremely fast. Totally wipe out majority of cars, with ease. Hell, 425whp in a 3k# car will compete with 500+whp GTR's.
But, then you login to BFC where the bulk of your internet friends that you have never met, are making 600+.
That dyno just cost you thousands of dollars. Thousands.

Drive the car, have fun, stay away from the dyno. Its a nice safe map, everything is nice and reliable. Don't ever go in my car or Pbonsalb's. That will also cost thousands.

Yea I know. I'll try and stay away from it. I mean its been a few weeks now and even though I have only been able to drive it a few times, I still havent even turned the BC on. Once we get the meth kit in there and I start feeling 15+ psi, i'm sure i'll be more than satisfied for a while.

The car rips good. When I was dialing in the controller, at 17#'s it has a nice pull. You got lots of digits to increase. Have fun for a year or 2. Focus on getting other stuff done.
With the way your tearing up on the street, look into some brakes. Ask the track guys what compound to use.

Oh I will. Next mod is that 996 upgrade for sure. I got my eye on that rebuilt one on panjo with the adapters. Soon as I have some free money I'll be scooping it up.

    Jealous of new wheels.
I've wanted Apex for some time but already have lightweight wheels. So tough to justify the grand.

Hope your enjoying the car. Don't break it.

Yea they're crazy light. 600+ miles so far driving it when the weather and roads permit. Still haven't turned on the BC either. Lol

Had a good two weeks of nice weather here late february..

Everyone flocked to this car as soon as we pulled in, It was funny seeing everyone look for the turbo. lol The dump pipe is the crowd favorite every where so far.

Even got to stretch my legs on this thing for a few days.

Do you have anything for crankcase ventilation besides that breather hose hanging off the valve cover? Any smoke issues or strong fumes you can detect while driving?

Nope! None at all. Runs like a dream. It's weird because since I still have all my interior and sound deadening in the car when in boost it becomes a different animal. Then as soon as I get off and stop at a red light it feels like it did when it was stock.

    Update:

Just got back from attending a drift event in CT. 200 miles round trip and the car performed flawlessly. About 15 degrees here with wind chill making it - 9. Car started this morning and took the trip with no issues. About 2000 miles on it so far with no issues!!
