A properly done turbo E36M3 making 500 rwhp can beat a ln E90 M3 or 335i unless the E90 is very well modded as in supercharged ir single turbo conversion.

Correct, lol I've beaten both of my boys. The f80 M3 stays with me a little in 3rd gear and then in 4th I pull away and 5th a little more. We got up to about 155 yesterday. Had him by like 3-4 cars. I was on my first setting which is 12-13 psi only too. He told me he had it in m mode and had the throttle floored the whole time. I didn't think at my first setting I'd win but it did 2 times lol

Yea from 2nd gear there's not too many cars that are going to hit as hard as my car. It takes the fuck off. No lag at all. From 3rd the f80 stood within a car and then I pulled on him in 4th and 5th

Yup, Saturday the 8th. First test and tune. If it rains out, I'll be there Wednesday for street night. Supposed to be like 65 out that day.

Few exciting updates! Put the cage back in the car and headed to the track for the first time to see what it can do at its current settings.

Drove the car 46 miles to butters shop to borrow his fire jacket and then to the track. Did around 5-6 passes, 3 of which I was going for it, in under an hour. Then I drove the car about 30 miles home no problems. Not even a hiccup. Now for the exciting results.

First time back out our goal was to see if I can pull off a 120 trap on my current settings before we make further upgrades. Was babying it off the line all day long because I was scared of breaking something so my 60' was trash.

Just wanna give another shout out to butters for having my back and asking me for updates after every run and giving me tips. Next up built axles, reinforced subframe + poly bushings everywhere, new poly tranny mounts, new diff mounts, and the meth kit will be going in. Then we can go and shoot for 11.99 and 130mph!

4L80 will be next upgrade, would shave a lot of time off.

Work on the driver first. You can shave that 60 foot time down to a 1.9 on street tires with enough practice. That should put you well into the 11s. 120 mile an hour trip speed should be good for mid 11s with traction.
