It might have been the perfect scenario in my case. They just got done having the new England nationals here at my local track which is their main show every year. These are the 3-4 second funny cars and top fuel dragsters. The track was super sticky

That will do it. Don't beat up on yourself if you can't do it again on a Wednesday night event. My track has regional NHRA bracket races every couple weeks and if I go to the Friday test and tune before the bracket races I pull the front tires off the ground 6-8 inces on every pass. I can still run good on wednesday nights but I have to give it quite a lot of tire slip though the 60 foot and can't get the front tires up at all.

I'll be giving it another go on Friday with some race gas in there and might add a psi or so of boost. Hopefully I can match it or even go faster.

Come colder weather you will go faster, the track prep will suck and you will want to have a line lock. You need to really heat up drag radials to get them to hook all the way through 1st gear. Being lower on power is to your advantage right now. Your getting the technique down and you will do great when you introduce more power. Having that small back housing is also helping you to get out the hole real quickly. When you decided to go for more power, its a give and take. You will make more up top, but you will also lose some down low. So it will make it tougher to cut those 1.6 60's.

    Keep doing what you doing.
    Good job.

Yea I want to keep the acceleration it has now and just pick up more power up top. Hopefully adding the meth kit soon and upping the boost a little will get me there.

Me too. I'm a lot more impressed and happy with consistent 60ft than anything else. It's the hardest thing to do though.

Some random runs against my buddy's stage 2 bpm e92 M3. I sort of pick on my friends a lot.

I have an E90M3 with all the bolt on mods -- should be close to 400 rwhp. My turbo E36M3 would run away from it. You would have to supercharge the E90M3 to make it competitive -- there are some that have run high 10s at about 130.

I'm down. After I add meth and bring that boost up. I'll still get smoked though. But it'll be fun.

I'd be so down for that. I envy the places down south and Midwest that have roll events and 1/2 mile events all the time.

Random recent shots of the car. Also picked up some felony form over fenders and painted them OEM alpine white III.

Getting rid of the felony form over fenders I was going to put on my car. Decided I wanted something else and could use the money for that instead. If anyone is interested I'll let them go for $500 or best offer. Painted alpine white III.
