those welds are less skill than you think. so the original bead I lay down while not terrible is nothing like the final product. there is a pulse setting that pulses 1 pulse per second at a higher heat range and it spreads the filler evenly then when the power goes down you move the torch forward and it makes the puddle again equal to the last one so all you have to do is move the torch the same distance every time and keep it the same distance from the material and it will make those nice pretty ripples.

That may be. I'm just an IT nerd that's envious of anyone that can fabricate stuff

Dang its been a while since i posted.I deployed in July and just got back last month. I tuned the car right before I left on moderate boost, timing and through the full exhaust without the cutout and it made 900 to the wheels. im sure if I put the cutout on it and crank up the boost and timing it should hit the 1100 RWHP I was shooting for.

But I am actually going to go the other way with it and tune it for pump gas and shoot for about 700-750 to drive it around on till I have everything working right at least.

ill come back and post some more pics when I get time.

Yes plenty. It has gotten too much to keep up on in all the media.

Go to my FabModFlip Facebook page to follow it.

Let’s just say since my last post I’ve redone most of the car again and dumped another 10K into the car and I didn’t touch the driveline.
