    which bilstein rear shocks should I put in my 03 x5 e53? Thanks!

    You should use OEM all around or bilstein all around. Specific type, whatever bilstein recommends... Though Id avoid them on that car personally

    I have bilsteins on my wagon,l think comforts, can't remember. I like them.
