Thinking of picking up a 128i convertible

So, I'm thinking of picking up a 2009 128i vert. I already have an e46 vert but my wife wants one for herself. Found one at a great price, but I'm not sure yet... It had air bag deployment (front and side). It's not a salvage title and I can pick it up for $13K. Mileage is about 39K which is not bad at all. I'm fine with the 128i and don't want the problems of the turbo so I'll be staying with the 128i. Here are my concerns:

Do you guys think its a bad thing that the airbags have deployed?
- It's being sold at a BMW dealership, and the Carfax shows it's been dealer maintained.

Any thoughts, I'm not apprehensive on the purchase, just a bit cautious. Hope to hear all sides before I make a final decision.

Verts, by their nature, have structural and cowl shake issues (my 2013 128i M-series stick w/23K-miles cowl shakes over RR tracks and it has a perfectly clean CarFax).

Therefore, I wouldn't buy a Vert, particularly a BMW$$$, with dbl airbag deployment in its history. But I just really don't like cars that rattle - some people don't mind.
