    The poor baby!

About a week before my car was totaled, I was up until 2 am getting the rear lowered, cleaned, polished, waxed, the works for the largest import car show in the state the next day. My car looked absolutely beautiful. Took pictures of so many other cars there, didn't even think to take a picture of my own damn car. Then it was totaled.

Also, Wisconsin voted Republican, which surprised me. Traditionally we have voted more Democratic. While the rural and northern areas are usually sting Republican, the greater Milwaukee and Madison areas are usually strong Democrat, and since that is most of the population seeing that most everywhere is is farmland, forests, and lakes, that usually makes us blue.

Haha we've noticed. I think it's because you are driving an M5 right now, so you're just trying to put off the day when you have to drive a lesser car

Haha and I'm joking about having an M5. But if I did that would probably be true. I hardly believe my sig can be correct.

That reminds me, I need to remove the quote from my sig. No longer in high school. If anyone else in high school wants it, it's up for grabs

Hmm, is a button worth $2K versus coilovers for $1K. It can change damping by a button

I mean dampening is so hard to adjust on coils with adjustable dampening. I mean you have to get all the way out of the car to do it...

yes but have you driven an s65 car? I've driven a supercharged m5 making 480 on a mustang dyno and a stock e92 m3 and the e92 was so much more fun to drive.

Both are fun in different ways. An E92 M3 is really pretty fun ride. A little bit 'electronical' but man that car lets you drive really fast really easily. I drove a modded one at Turner a few years back and it would get rubber in gears and was fun as crap. But less of the rock-solid old-skool feel of the E39.

The supercharged s62 had torque yes, but there was just something about revving that s65 to redline that the s62 doesn't have. Yeah, it revs to 7k, but it's far less free-revving and that's a trait I'm ok with sacrificing torque for. Not as fast but the driving experience was more enjoyable for me... the one thing I hate about my wrx... the turbo is small, and it falls off power and torque 1000 rpm before redline. It's punchy at 3500 rpm but it's not fun to rev out.

I hear ya, I just say both are fun in different ways. Yeah, in windout, S65 definitely feels more like a big ass S54 than an S62.

Honestly, I'll take a car that can rev out versus torque. Hence one of the reasons I love driving the NC/ND Miata

Protip - it's super fun to have one of each in your stable. You get to enjoy each in its own way. I've said tons of times on here that when I drive either of my cars for extended periods I am always psyched and surprised to get back in the other and how fun it is in a very different way.

Probably the one thing I'm missing in the garage right now is a super light tossable revvy low-power fun car (like Miata... or maybe a non-big-power-swapped E30)
