There was a dude who breezed through few years back, bought a beater E39 then was stripping it out and welding the diff as a drift beater... Don't remember him being around / active for long tho.

Hey ZZTop, Where the hell is La Grange?? I’m thinking of buying a pretty clean Alpine White ‘98 E36 from a co-worker, his back up drift car, never been hit, not an M3, but it will become one.... with an LS.... has a welded diff, coil overs, 11 wheels and tires, figured I usually drift my wagon and the 540 on a couple of turns on my short commute to work and home, I might as well do the drift days at Summit Point on the weekends.
