Hi
I drift my BMW e46 330ci open diff but it does the job. I disabled the dsc by holding the button for 5 seconds and both TC and brake light come on.
The car will drift like 2 full laps of a near by roundabout but then out of know where the DSC seems to intervene and cuts the throttle stopping me sliding although it is fully disabled.
The car does give me the throttle back shortly after but that's not the point I want to be able to have complete control all the time.
Is there any way of completely disabling the DSC or even ABS without removing it as it's my daily. But when I want to drift I want nothing stopping me.
I think this is an all or nothing type situation. I'm sure there is a way to completely cut it off, but I do not believe you'll be able to reinstate it for daily driving if needed. I don't think this has anything to do with the diff.
