Well I am getting a "screeet" sound while shifting gears this only happends under load. Its either the phantom vacuum leak or my water pump going out.
I did get the race land headers in the mail though. For $200 you can't beat it. I would say quality is 8/10. You would pay allot more for little to no benifit. Mobbing on this engine/car as I do on a daily basis really shows it's failing components. From the front seat to the back of the trunk is completely gutted now. The car is noticably quicker, after the basic drivetrain/suspension/exhaust fixes I will go for some lightweight seats/carpet removal and whip out the heat gun and scrapers to remove all the sound deadening. Here is the pile of work I have planned. New sway bar end links, new steering rack bushings, new motor mount bushings, new rear wheel bearings, c4 rims, I am basically going to rebuild the entire suspension and brake system. Its all shot to hell, I'm going to use as many powerflex street urethane bushings as I can get my hands on. These where included in the front controll arm kit and I am real happy with them. Send me parts and I'll start posting pics :p

Fiber,
What DTC's trouble codes did you have throughout all of this ? ....And you said the noticable differences were your cam and crank sensors.
I have no codes. I have tried swapping on a known good MAF, OEM oxygen sensor, OEm crank sensor, Bosch aftermarket (2) pin coolant temp sensor, tune up items, rebuilt VANOS and reset cam timing, checked engine vacuum and it's right where it's supposed to be, confirmed 3 bar of fuel pressure, performed fuel leak down check (cecking for leaking fuel injectors) no leaking fuel injectors,
I feel like the only things I have not done is cam sensor, DME, engine wire harness, and cat. converter.
