Well, weather, earthquakes and free time allowed. I finally got my hands on it today.
Spent about 2 hours moving other junkers out of the way and another 30 minutes dragging the 750il through a paddock of mud to the road and at last got it on a trailer and home.

I knew it had some nice options but one I didn't know about was a pleasant surprise. Everything needs a good clean but overall the interior is in good shape. Even the drivers seat.

Here's a few pics before I start pulling bits off it.

And here's the little surprise I didn't know about.

Thanks Nordman. Feels like it's been a long time coming.

    Started stripping it down today.

The wooden grab handles were better than the ones I had in my 750i so I swapped them over today so I now have these left over as well as a few other things..lol
They have cracks in the resin.

The intesive wash kit is already gone sorry. Which seat brackets are you meaning? The plastic ones at the top of the seats that adjust as the seats moved in and out?

It's pretty bad. Radiator and MAF's missing. Was running on 11 I was told. And the body's get a lot of small dents and scrapes. Unfortunately it's only good for parts.

    i was hopeful...

It was the top brackets and the seat back brackets... The welded in ones are the hardest to get, I don't have a very good diagram of what is required. They are a pain to remove from what I've between told. I already have the seats and the wiring I'm pretty sure those are all that I still need. Thanks

I was thinking of the brackets the seats slide down into either side of the headrest motors.
