Strut tower guide a whole den strut tower guide hole bent

    Hi all,

I noticed after removing the front suspension that both guide holes on the strut towers are bent upwards. Don't know how this happened. Putting on coil overs today, should I fix this first and flatten it before I finish the install?

    Thanks in advance!

A previous owner drilled holes in the strut tower to increase caster. There's not much you can do other than install the re-enforcement plates and install the new suspension parts using the factory holes.

Just flatten the guide pin holes, reinstall struts and mounts and be done with it. This is not really an issue. If you really want this done perfectly you should remove the guide pins from the mounts and have an alignment done to zero out any cross camber.
