    Tracking my cars progress over time

    Got some parts coming in and not as ashamed of the car as usual so figured I'd start a lil thread on owning my 323 and what I've been doing to it

    deleted pictures of the headlights but here they are in the daytime behind my friends e36





    Nighttime of my bs halos , got the fronts and the rear smoked ones for 230 shipped

    . 2jz + nitrous

    Breaking up with girlfriend , 100lb weight reduction and when you subtract annoyances it feels like a 1000hp difference



    Meyle HD control arms also came for about 230 shipped though I have to make sure

    old control arm next to meyle HD

    Also have done the cooling system and vcg in autozone parking lot but pics were also on my old phone :-)

    Cross drilled and slotted rotors on the way 120 shipped & coilovers $240 shipped brand new , but are at basically 50% off as they are the same as the FK, solowerk, raceland price bracket and the seller only had a few left so yeah instead of 450 they can out to 240

    Rotors should arrive today and coils within a few days and an update on my (as you may have noticed ) extremely inexpensive daily project

    I guess I should say the objective of the car is to just really fix things and upgrade them as I go and on a realistic budget because let's be honest , I own a 323 and nothing expensive is worth putting into it as the cars don't have much value anymore so as a spirited grocery getter I'm taking cost effective to a new meaning :-)

    And I'm at just about the 1100 mark including maintaining the car and that's over the span of a year, doing all my own work I'd say not a bad investment & definitely has been a reliable car as it now sits at 151k

    Also acquiring an m52 2.8 donor sedan :-) give me some time to figure out a dual vanos m52 iron block set up for the car when I boost it or if it blows before then
