2017 e38 Calendar Call for Entries and Orders

For those that have been here before, you know what this is about, for those seeing this event for the first time you can search the "2016 e38 Calendar Call for Entries and Orders" to see the outcome of the last year's calendar.

I will be pulling photos from the "2016 Show Your Ride" thread found in the parked threads. You can still send me other photos by email if you like.

Here is the process again...The 2017 E38 Calendar is being designed and will be shipped out by Dec 15, 2016 (I hope). The calendar will be full gloss 8.5" x 11". (Maybe larger if I can find an inexpensive printer)

I'm trying to keep costs low for everyone, I just need to cover my costs. I need a minimum order of 25 to go into production. Cost will be $16 each (US address) and $18 each (international). Shipping is included in the price.

How to get your car submitted for the calendar: Post your images on the "2016 Show Your Ride" thread found in the parked threads at the top of the e38 forum or you can email full resolution photos (max of 3 photos per car) to e38calendar2017@outlook.com

The deadline to post or send photos for calendar consideration will be Dec 5.

I will select the best 12 photos to create the calendar (Cover plus 11 months). One of the months will be a collage of the cars that did not make a full page month, but we are all friends here and each of our cars is special to us, so I will make every effort to get every car on the calendar (unless its on cinder blocks). Please do not e-mail cell phone pictures, you can just post those. I will place an emphasis on cars that did not make the calendar the year before, but if you were in the calendar two years ago, you now move to the top of the pile again.Although I'd like to include new folks and cars, photo quality, composition, car quality and dramatic lighting will be the primary consideration. I may try to order an extra 25 calendars on my own dime and sell them on eBay worldwide to see if there is any demand. Those will be more expensive than the price offered here.

HOW TO ORDER: PayPal only. Please pay (use family and friends) to PayPal account kouks1@msn.com. In the notes sections of the payment, please leave your complete address AND your BF.com screen name. You may order as many as you like. I will target a ship date of Dec 15, based on production schedules, so you should have the calendars around Christmas.

PLEASE POST HERE after you submitted an order so I can confirm with both PayPal and here and not lose anyone in the mix. Two years ago I had 52 orders and a few names did not match, forcing me to do process of elimination, which I don't want to do again. I can ship international, but have no control over delivery time. Last year had several Canuck orders. International please pay $18 per calendar.

I'm good max, it's been a long week of taking care of my boy with a fever...glad that's past. Today we got outside and messed around a bit,,it was 68*f here in MN which is rare for November.

I remember 2 years ago in November, Kouks was putting together the calendar and someone suggested winter/snow images. I drove up the road to the clubhouse parking lot and snapped a few as it was snowing. It's far from snowing this year! We'll take it!
