Oil leak, need help badly. Its driving me nuts and Im on the verge of selling

Hey mates! So I've been hving trouble on my e87 because of oil leaks. I've been adding oil every 3000km because it rans out. Moving on I replaced my valve cover gasket, vacuum pump o ring oil filler cap and gasket flange. So I blocked all the leaks with new orings and equipments and went on for a while hving no trouble. After a few weeks the leak surfaced back on and it's coming out strong from the newly replaced gasket flange. Any thoughts why this keeps on hppening? I tightened the screws and put the gasket flange correctly but still it keeps on leaking. Thanks in advance part number of gasket flange is 11377502022. Im on the verge of seliing this car just because of this leak

High oil usage and cause of leaks is known to be result of defective crankcase vent valve. If hoses are brittle and cracked replace whole system:https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=11_3724 Replaced the oil separator on my e36/7 and massive oil leak problems from multiple locations disappeared. If your leak is only from gasket flange- check that no broken pieces from previous flange remain causing improper seal.

Well oil leak is only coming from the gasket flange and in one of the screw thread of the cylinder head cover because of loose thread, is it still subject of defective crank case vent valve? I already checked for broken pieces and found non. Also, how do you repair a damaged thred from that part since it's the metal cylinder head itsef that hase the damaged thread? Should I drill it or what?
