    Carbon fiber

    Shop doing my trim flooded and had to relocate. From the photos though, I think it'll be worth the wait!

    I like it a lot. Any idea what it would cost for just the two center console pieces to be done in that same CF? I love how it looks like the E36 M3 LTW CF weave with the red strand woven through...

    Also, I hope I remember how to put all the vents back together. I took photos as I disassembled, but that was a couple 1000 photos ago

    So the vents are same plastic, only surface is cf.

    Everything is OEM parts wrapped in CF. And yes, we didn't wrap what wasn't visible. I wasn't after weight savings here, just some interior bling (and strength to the switch surrounds).

    Checking with Matt. He did those two pieces many months ago; he does recall it being a big PITA around all the switch openings. The red thread stuff is giving him a lot more trouble than the standard weaves.

    $350-400 for both pieces done, depending on weave chosen. The red thread CF has a higher material cost and is tougher to work with, thus commands the higher price.
