2010 bmw 750 li drivetrain malfunction,,check engine light( customer care package)

I have a 2010 750li that has 65000 that I owned since 2013,the check engine light along with the drive train malfunction light came on around the same time last week. I spoke to a bmw tech and was told that it should be covered under the customer care package, my car still drives but I can tell the difference in the pick up,i called bmw and made a appointment to bring it in ,hopefully it the they will repair everything for free since it falls under the care package, is anyone familiar what year bmw started the care package campaign?
