How is the NVH with a poly engine mount compared to say a stock mount? I ran poly mount inserts on a v6 mazda before for about 1 day before reverting back to stock. I understand there is some compromise when going FI but I would still like to hear people's opinions.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Tool Rental Available, PM me for details.
I use a sleeve type poly bushing (like an A arm bushing), and with no carpet and a kirkey aluminum seat bolted to a solid seat base and the roll cage, it feels and sounds like you are sitting on top of the engine lol.
I have no complaints about full size poly mounts like the vorshlag, which is a pretty hard 75D. Been using them for years.
In my experience, poly engine mounts are not as much of sacrifice compared to poly transmission mounts.
That small poly disc is not going to do much for NVH. Is my assumption correct that it is a bolt thru type, meaning no studs for further isolation?
At this point, it is our best available solution (without fabricating our own) so props for the work so far.

The poly bushing is actually an akg trans mount bushing that has a hole through it, no studs. You simply bolt the mount to the chassis through the the bushing. We can make almost any design we need really, it was just the easiest solution at the time versus a straight solid mount to the chassis and it worked out well.
The Inline 6 is balanced at idle and you can run pretty stiff mounts without much NVH impact. Put 75D mounts or solid rubber mounts on a 4cyl without a balance shaft and it will vibrate your fillings out. At least thats what happens if you use the mounts in an M42! Never had an issue in a 6cyl!
My engine mount, turbo is a gt40/94R 1.06ar

So is there only 4 of 20 (GB) installed so far?
Is there any traction on the new motor mount arm?
I've been slowly collecting the parts I need to swap in the Steed/9180 combo. I'll have everything I need by the end of this week. My plan is to make at least a couple of mount arms and sets of custom AC lines. Although, I have a few aircraft to finish up first before I can focus on my M3.

Let me know how you handle the ac lines. I have been wanting to do that..

Based on Phil's info of installing the 9180 on the Steed, it's too tight at the SAP pump tray and the AC lines for the WG dump pipe. He ended up cutting the SAP tray. I'll do my best to not cut the tray and find a better routing for the AC. I'd like to put the lines down under the frame rail giving more room for the turbo intake and away from the heat. I plan to use aluminum (maybe stainless) tubing and AN fittings.

We have been talking to Eric since the beginning of the year. I will speak to him again today.
He has a prototype drawn up and ready I believe, and then we will be going into production soon after he has the last details worked out. I will post another update as soon as we get confirmation and some photos to post.
It's not the dump pipe. It's the top of the wastegate that hits the AC lines. Either custom bend lines to go further under the SAP tray or cut a little off the SAP tray and lift/bend the lines in place.
I've finally begun my Steed TS / EFR 9180 install tonight.
