    Question Fix for Cracked Rubber?

Hi Guys. Maybe someone can help. The rubber is cracking around the windows and upper body of my 2011 325i. Is there something better than Armour-All? Ideally, a product that can actually fill in the cracks and protect the rubber in the future. I don't have a garage to park in and as a result, the car is outside baking in the California sun all day. Thanks!

Once its cracked, its cracked. The only way to fix it is to replace it.

Do not use armor-all. Its know to dry out plastics and rubber. Try out 303 Trim Protectant or Chemical Guys trim products. Meguires and Griots is good too.

With regard to the comment about ArmorAll, that used to be true with their original formulation. Supposedly their current formulation does not cause issues with degradation.

Do your own research to be sure.

Interesting...I did not know they changed it. Either way, I never liked the finish I saw from that product. Always seems greasy and makes the trim, dash, etc.. look cheap.
